Luis Alberto: "Inzaghi Is A Friend, A Father To All Of Us, Sarri Has A Different Personality, He Is Stronger"

Lazio midfielder, Luis Alberto has revealed that Maurizio Sarri has a stronger character than former coach Simone Inzaghi as The Aquile prepares to face Inter this weekend.

The Spanish midfielder had an interview with Rivista Undici and compared two coaches, Maurizio Sarri who replaced Simone Inzaghi this summer. The former Napoli coach was unemployed after a year without coaching any club, while Inzaghi moved to a new club with defending champions, Inter Milan.

Luis Alberto praised Inzaghi for leaving Lazio after five years in charge and admitted Sarri has a different personality.

"Inzaghi is a friend, a father to all of us, Sarri has a different personality, he is stronger," said the midfielder.

"He has amazing thoughts about the game, we saw it at Napoli and Empoli, I think Lazio will enjoy a lot of fun in the next two or three months.

"I don't know if we will win anything but we will definitely have fun and it will probably be very difficult for our opponents.

"Our quality is very similar to his team at Napoli, I think we are a little bit better."

The midfielder believes Sarri can bring something extraordinary to the Biancoceleste although admits they still need time to adapt.

"We know we are a team that is building, we have to understand what the coach is asking of us, then we will be able to achieve great things."
