[Official] Johan Vasquez Moves To Cremonese On Loan

U.S. Cremonese has announced that they have been temporarily purchased from Genoa C.F.C. the right to sports performances of the footballer Johan Felipe Vasquez Ibarra.

Vasquez was born on October 22, 1998, in Navojoa, Mexico. During his career, he wore the shirts of Central American clubs Cimarrones, Monterrey, and Pumas Unam. He made his Serie A debut for Genoa in the 2021/22 season, scoring 1 goal in 28 appearances against Sassuolo. With the Mexican national team, he won a bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics with the tricolor.

Mexico defender John Vazquez, 23, has previously been linked with a move to Lazio. He joined Genoa from UNAM Pumas in January after a successful six-month loan of 3.5 million euros. Vasquez's performance in Rossoblu was impressive. He was solid defensively and made a lot of important tackles and blocks.
