Auronzo Di Cadore: Day 11 Report

Lazio's retreat continues in Auronzo di Cadore. Following coach Maurizio Sarri's decision to grant them an afternoon of rest yesterday, the team will engage in two training sessions today. Looking ahead, tomorrow the Biancoceleste will compete against Triestina in a friendly match.

Morning session at 10:00

In the stands, numerous spectators eagerly await the start of the training session. The goalkeepers make their way onto the field, ready to commence their warm-up routine. Then Lazio defenders enter the field after a morning start in the gym, only Hysaj absent due to an ankle problem suffered in a friendly. After the training session, Ciro Immobile takes a moment to converse with coach Sarri, adding to the ongoing dialogue between the captain and the coach during this training camp. The team's next session is scheduled for the afternoon.

Afternoon session at 17.00

Following the morning session, Lazio reconvened for their second training session of the day on the Zandegiacomo field. The team assembled alongside the technical staff. Enrico Lotito was also present on the sidelines, who took some photos and exchanged a few words with the fans in the stands. During the warm-up and the repetitions, the team is divided into two groups by the trainers:

Yellow (4-3-3): Lazzari, Dutu, Romagnoli, Marusic; Akpa Akpro (Bertini), Cataldi, Luis Alberto; Cancellieri, Immobile, Pedro.

Blue (4-3-3): Patric, Ruggeri, Casale, Fares; Vecino, Marcos Antonio, Basic; Felipe Anderson, Diego Gonzalez, Zaccagni (Sana Fernandes).

The match ended with the result of 1-0 for the Yellows.  Now mister Sarri makes the team work on movements off the ball and on positions.  The afternoon session ended with a tactical session of defense on set pieces, especially on free kicks.
