[Official] PAOK Has Signed Marcos Antonio On Loan From Lazio

Lazio has decided to officially send out Marcos Antonio to PAOK FC, a Greek club. The Brazilian midfielder has been released on an initial loan deal, which includes a clause allowing PAOK FC the option to purchase him outright.

According to reports, PAOK is set to pay a sum of 300,000 euros to acquire the services of Marcos Antonio for the upcoming 2023/24 season. Additionally, they will have the option to make the transfer permanent by paying a fee of 6 million euros. Lazio is said to have included a 15 percent sales clause that they will continue to uphold.

After gaining experience at Shakthar, the midfielder made his way to Rome last season. During his time at Lazio, he recorded 22 appearances, 1 goal, and 1 assist. However, he failed to impress Sarri and with the arrival of Rovella as a competitor to Cataldi, Marcos has decided to seek a new opportunity to be a key player once more, this time in Greece.
