Brandt: "I Don't Think I'll Leave Borussia Dortmund"

Julian Brandt shed light on his future.  And his words almost seem to distance him from Lazio.

Julian Brandt is undoubtedly one of the hot names in this Lazio transfer market.  He seems to be the main target for the offensive winger role.  To clarify his future was the person concerned, who spoke to the microphones of RTL.  These are his words:

"I don't care about the transfer rumors.  Rumors about my future came from the Italian media."

Brandt then added that he still wanted to prove himself again with Dortmund.

"It sure is nice when other clubs express interest.  But, for my part, there were never any signs and I never asked for a transfer.  I don't think I'll play anywhere else this year."

Incidentally, this 25-year-old player appeared a bit sluggish in the Bundesliga last season after only being able to score 3 goals plus 2 assists from 31 matches with Die Borussen.
