[OFFICIAL] Jovetic Goes To Hertha Berlin

Hertha Berlin has announced the signing of Stevan Jovetic.  The 31-year-old Montenegrin arrived from Monaco and signed a contract valid until 2023, with another season to extend. This is Jovetic's first adventure in German football.  Trained at Partizan, the striker also has spells in Fiorentina, Manchester City, Inter Milan, Sevilla, and Monaco.

Manager Fredi Bobic (49): “With Stevan, we get a classic center player for the offensive who brings a lot of experience from the top leagues in Europe.  With his footballing qualities, but also as a type, he will help us directly. "

The striker arrived at the training camp in Leogang (Austria) yesterday.  There he completed the medical check with team doctor Dr.  Ulrich Schleicher.

Jovetic: "I'm looking forward to the club, the city, my new boys on the team, and to the Bundesliga."

With Jovetic, Hertha brings an experienced center forward.  Last season he scored six goals in 29 league games for Monaco.  However, he was only used in one game over 90 minutes.

Earlier Lazio is reportedly considering signing Stevan Jovetic on a free transfer this summer should either Felipe Caicedo or Vedat Muriqi leave the Olimpico.
