Joaquin Correa's Agent Is Working Hard To Resolve His Transfer To Inter

Joaquin Correa's agent, Alessandro Lucci is reportedly working hard to resolve the player's transfer from Lazio to Inter.  The Argentina international had expressed his desire to leave the Olimpico at the end of last season.

According to news reported by Il Messaggero on Wednesday (11/08) morning local time, 26-year-old Argentine striker Joaquin Correa is just one step away from joining Simone Inzaghi's team, Inter even though Lazio president Claudio Lotito is reluctant to let him go for a transfer fee of under 40  Million Euro.

The Nerazzuri negotiated with an open bid in the range of 25 Million Euros plus a bonus of 5 Million Euros, an amount which would certainly address the liquidity ratio problems the Biancoceleste are currently facing which are preventing them from bringing in new players.

Lotito is still willing to wait for a better offer but there are only 10 days left until the start of the new season and coach Maurizio Sarri has asked him to sign new players.  Correa has confirmed to Sarri of his desire to leave the club this month and has agreed on personal terms with the Nerazzuri.

Meanwhile, interest from Premier League clubs such as Tottenham and Arsenal has subsided so Lucci's agent is working hard to close the distance between Inter Milan and The Aquile by continuing to communicate with Beppe Marotta and Igli Tare.

The Argentina international contributed 11 goals and six assists in 38 competitive games for The Aquile last season.  He wanted to leave and try new experiences, especially after his mentor, Inzaghi left the Italian capital club.
