Luiz Felipe was caught hugging Nerazzuri striker, Joaquin Correa from behind after the end of the game, the Argentine reacted and looked displeased with his former team-mate's actions in the Italian capital and referee Massimiliano Irrati ruled it was an unsportsmanlike act and give a red card for the defender.

The Brazilian has not previously received any red card in 111 games for the Biancoceleste and even while on loan at Salernitana. While he has received 33 yellow cards throughout his career, but the red card is a bitter pill for a player considering the punishment he has to serve.
