Lazio winger, Pedro admitted that he was very happy with his team's 1-0 win over Fiorentina on Wednesday (27/10) evening local time.  The Spaniard emerged as the hero of the Italian capital team's victory through his only goal that sent them back to winning ways.

Pedro gave his comments on the game against Fiorentina on Wednesday night local time, in which Lazio emerged victorious thanks to the 34-year-old winger's sole goal.

"Very good game, I'm happy to help the team with a goal, we need to get the three points, we've won it, now we have to continue like this," he said via Lazio Style Radio.

"At home, we are very strong, away we suffer a lot and we have to improve.

"I don't know it's a mental or attitude problem, we've all discussed it together, as a team with the coach.  This is what we work on every day, the team is very strong."

The winger then discussed the next match against Atalanta this weekend.

"All games are difficult, but we know in Bergamo it will be even more difficult considering how they played," he said.

"We have to work hard again in two or three days and play well because we want to continue."

Then he discussed Biancoceleste's performance in the win against Fiorentina.

"Fiorentina are a good team, they are playing well, they are having a good season and we know it is not easy to face them," he explained.

"Let's keep working like this even in away games, there is a strong mentality here and we can improve."

Pedro Rodriguez then discussed his goal against La Viola.

"I scored a beautiful goal, I'm happy to help the team, we had to collect the three points and we did it well," said the winger.

The 34-year-old, whose contract with The Aquile runs until 2023, has contributed two goals and an assist in 10 Serie A appearances so far in the 2021/22 season.
