[Serie A] Atalanta - Lazio = 2 - 2

Lazio failed to maintain the victory that was in sight.  Atalanta's Marten de Roon surprisingly scored in injury time to make it 2-2. 

Atalanta vs Lazio took place at the Gewiss Stadium in the Italian League continued, Saturday (30/10/2021).  La Dea was able to press Lazio in the first 10 minutes by creating two experiments even though none of them had yet been on target.

Lazio was even able to lead 1-0 first in the 18th minute.  Ciro Immobile's shot which was pushed over by Juan Muso was successfully grabbed by Pedro Rodriguez.

Atalanta's deadlock just broke at the end of the first half.  Duvan Zapata's shot from a tight angle failed to be blocked by goalkeeper Pepe Reina.  The 1-1 score lasted until halftime.

Atalanta immediately released an experiment from outside the penalty box when the second half had only been running for five minutes.  Remo Freuler shot the ball successfully towards the goal, but could not tear Lazio's net

Atalanta's pressure on Lazio's defense is increasing.  Lazio can only take the opportunity to press through the counter-attack.

That situation also led Lazio to tear the Atalanta goal in the 74th minute.  Pedro dribbled to the front of the Atalanta penalty area to then pass the ball to Toma Basic, who followed it to Ciro Immobile for the goal.

An incident occurred during injury time.  Reina, who was stalling for time, was shown a yellow card.  Atalanta fans looked annoyed and threw several objects at the Lazio goalkeeper until he hit the head.

Lazio's efforts to buy time eventually became in vain.  Marten de Roon successfully tore the opponent's goal to finish the match with a score of 2-2.

Atalanta temporarily sits in the fifth position with 19 points.  Lazio is right behind on 18 points.
