[Serie A] Sampdoria - Lazio = 1 - 3

Lazio managed to reap full points when they traveled to Sampdoria in the Italian League continued. The Biancoceleste won 3-1. In the match at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic opened Lazio's lead in the seventh minute before Ciro Immobile scored a brace (17', 37').

Maurizio Sarri's men are under pressure for a result after being winless in three league games. They also have a poor record defensively, conceding eight goals in their last two matches following a 4-0 loss to Napoli and a 4-4 draw against Udinese.

Lazio quickly took control of the game at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris when Sergej Milinkovic-Savic completed a team move by finishing into the bottom corner in the seventh minute. Immobile scored Lazio's second ten minutes later before taking his tally of the season to 13, leveling with Fiorentina's Dusan Vlahovic as the most in the league, with a well-taken shot late in the first half.

Milinkovic-Savic picked up a second yellow card midway through the second half which left Lazio down to ten men and Manolo Gabbiadini scored a consolation goal for the hosts in the last minute.

Lazio has the same point as sixth-placed rivals AS Roma with 25 points but remains behind them on goal difference, while Sampdoria is 15th with 15 points.
