[Official] Lukaku Joins Vicenza On Loan


Another transfer news for Lazio has arrived. The news had been in the air for several days, now the official has also arrived. Jordan Lukaku joins Vicenza temporarily. The Belgian winger, fresh from his experience in Antwerp and out of Sarri's plans, will play his cards in Serie B.


The Belgian had already taken the field in training with the team and the late afternoon of today finally the signing: until June 30th he plays with the biancorossi.


Vicenza announced in the evening through an official note: "The company LR Vicenza announces that it has acquired from S.S. Lazio, temporarily, the rights to the sports performances of the footballer Jordan Lukaku."


Lukaku, Belgian left-back, born in 1994, last season with the Royal Antwerp shirt recorded 29 appearances in the league, Europa League, and cup, collecting 5 assists. Previously for him four consecutive seasons at Lazio in which he took the field on 85 occasions between Serie A, Coppa Italia, and Europa League, scoring a goal and providing 8 assists. With the Lazio shirt, he also won the Italian Cup in 2018-2019 and the Super Cup in the 2017-2018 season.


He also played in KV Oostende and Anderlecht, making 95 appearances, scoring 4 goals, and providing 10 assists. He boasts 8 appearances and 3 assists in the senior national team of Belgium and participation in the 2016 European Championship.
