Parolo: "Inzaghi Is Very Good At The Level Of Empathy, He Can Understand What Can Be Given To Players In Human Relations."

Former Lazio midfielder, Marco Parolo praised coach Simone Inzaghi ahead of the Biancoceleste match against Inter Milan which will take place on Sunday (09/01) evening local time at the San Siro. He also revealed the strength of the 46-year-old coach.

Marco Parolo, who is currently a DAZN pundit, discussed the strengths and mentality of Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi ahead of the duel against Lazio on Sunday night.

"He is very good at the level of empathy, he can understand what can be given to players in human relations. He has important foundations, Conte's 3-5-2 formation has been tried and tested, Antonio turned a strong team into winners," said the pundit via La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Inzaghi has added lightness and freedom to play, it's not just a question on the pitch, it's a 360-degree thought, more dialogue, maybe less work if everything is done the right way."

"Simone has put a new concept into a machine that is getting stronger, the squad has eased the tension but knows the way to victory. The staff makes everyone train, find ways to encourage the players and make them have fun."

Inzaghi has made an outstanding start to his Inter career, the Nerazzurri currently top of the Serie A table heading into the new year, with 46 points one point ahead of city rivals AC Milan but still have one game left to play.

The Nerazzurri have lost just one league game this season against Lazio in October and coach Maurizio Sarri is hoping to repeat his success at the San Siro on Sunday night. In addition, Inzaghi also made a good achievement in the Champions League by bringing his team through to the round of 16. They will face Liverpool over two legs, a tough game and it will be a tough few months for the Italian coach.
