Luiz Felipe Agrees to Join Real Betis After His Contract End This Season


Lazio defender, Luiz Felipe has reportedly received an offer from La Liga club Real Betis and will move to Spain for free after his contract at the Italian capital club expires at the end of this season.


According to reports by Spanish media, Marca revealed that Lazio defender Luiz Felipe has received an offer to join Real Betis and will move to Spain on a free transfer at the end of this season after his contract with the Biancoceleste expires.


The Brazilian defender's contract at the Stadio Olimpico expires on June 30 and Inter have been linked with a transfer.  However, according to the Spanish media, the defender has accepted an offer from Betis and will leave for La Liga at the end of the 2021/22 season.


The 24-year-old will sign a four-year contract with the Spanish club.  The defender has played in 30 games with the Biancoceleste this season.


He was born in Brazil on 22 March 1997, but he has an Italian passport and was included in Roberto Mancini's squad for training at Coverciano at the end of January.


But in the meantime, he will continue to help Maurizio Sarri's team to finish this season's competition well, apart from in Serie A they still have the chance to continue their journey in the Europa League despite losing in the first leg of the play-off round against Portuguese representatives, FC Porto in the match.  last Thursday night.
