Giordano: "Sanabria Is A Complete Player. He's Intelligent, He's Organized. He Will Be A Valuable Addition To Lazio."

One of Lazio's greatest players, Bruno Giordano, advised Lazio on who should become a backup for Ciro Immobile. The former Lazio striker who participated in the club from 1975-1985 said to Radiosei in the SeiVolteBuongiorno (SVB) broadcast that the Torino forward from Paraguay, Antonio Sanabria, was Ciro's ideal cover.

"Sanabria is a complete player. He's intelligent, he's organized. He will be a valuable addition to Lazio. Why is he having such a low number of goals? These are factors that are associated with the team and the situation in which he is forced to express himself, it is impossible to determine this with absolute certainty. Even Immobile, who scored 30 goals for Torino, would not have accomplished this feat playing for the club today. Other than that, he's a player I respect."

Giordano's comments follow reports that Lazio is interested in Sanabria, who is reportedly in danger of losing their position following rumors of Torino's interest in Eldor Shomurodov from Roma.
