Iervolino: "There Is A Risk That Someone Will Take Dia Away From Us: There Is A 25 Million Clause, And We Have No Control Over It."

One of the delightful revelations of the previous championship was Boulaye Dia. The Senegalese striker played a crucial role in Salernitana's survival, having scored 16 goals throughout the league, some of which were notably impactful.

The impressive display of the '96 class during his debut in Italy did not escape the notice of the big clubs in Serie A. The former Villareal player has garnered interest from Fiorentina, Napoli, Milan, and Lazio. Specifically, Lazio desires the player to serve as a backup for Immobile.

During the Radiosei press review, the president of Salernitana, Danilo Iervolino, made comments related to this matter.

"There is a risk that someone will take Dia away from us: there is a 25 million clause, and we have no control over it. However, we know he is happy to be here, and we will pay the € 12 million required to redeem him."
