[Official] Cadiz Has Purchased Escalante From Lazio Until 2026

Gonzalo Escalante bid Lazio farewell. The midfielder has spent the last six months on loan at Cadiz, who has chosen to buy him outright in the summer transfer market. The transfer has been officially announced by the Biancoceleste club.

"S.S. Lazio announces that it has officially transferred the rights to the sports performance of the footballer Gonzalo Escalante to the Cádiz Club de Fútbol, because of the obligation that was assumed in the original transfer in January of 2023."

Escalante has agreed to terms with Cadiz until 2026. Cadiz has paid Lazio 3 million Euros for the 30-year-old player, who played 14 games for the yellow squad last season and scored four goals. In this way, the Argentine midfielder has given his final farewell to Lazio to continue his career as a yellow player.
