[Official] Daichi Kamada, Lazio's Second Acquisition, Has Arrived In Rome

Maurizio Sarri's second reinforcement is Daichi Kamada.  The Japanese, who was born in 1996, landed in Rome late in the afternoon and will undergo medical exams on Friday before signing the contract that will kick off his adventure in the capital. The club's social media pages have posted a video welcoming him.

The following is the message sent by the club via official channels:

"Irassahaimase...We'd like to extend a warm welcome to Japanese Daichi Kamada, who landed in Fiumicino around 17:30 on a flight from Frankfurt. The footballer, a midfielder who was just released by Eintracht Frankfurt, with whom he won the Europa League 21-22 (as well as the German Cup 17-18), has opted to spend a few hours in the city. He will also stay in Rome for his 27th birthday (August 5). Congratulations on adhering to a traditional "dress code."

The Biancoceleste fans greeted the Japanese player's acquisition with comments such as "Come on Samurai!", "Great shot, welcome Kamada!", "Come on, Daichi!" and again: "Welcome in the First Team of the Capital" to complete an endless series of Japanese flags.
