Day 3 At Auronzo Di Cadore

This morning at 10:30 the biancoceleste players met at Zandegiacomo for the first session of the day.

The whole group performs muscle activation work, with a gentle run and obstacle course.  Both coach and Alessandro Calori are present on the pitch, among the collaborators in this retreat.

Like the previous one, this morning was also characterized by tactical work, divided into two groups: first defenders and goalkeepers worked on the movements of the line, then midfielders and forwards focused on offensive plots.  All this, alternated with athletic work on the adjacent pitch.

The training ends with the usual pool of ice, while some, like the newcomer Hysaj, preferred to recover in the river. Appointment for the afternoon at 17.30.

The third session of the day, the fifth in this retreat in Auronzo di Cadore.

Punctual, at 5.45 pm, the biancoceleste players found themselves on the pitch.  At the end of an initial start-up on the adjacent field, the men available to coach Maurizio Sarri carried out a technical exercise divided into three groups.  The training continued with a long work focused on tactics.

To end today's training, as usual, there is a mini-match between blue and green.
