Immobile Gives Jersey To Fan Because Of This Incident At San Siro

September 13, 2021

Lazio striker, Ciro Immobile gives his jersey to a child who was present to watch his team's match against AC Milan at the San Siro after being accidentally kicked by a ball in the warm-up session.

Ciro Immobile has been included in Lazio's squad list to face AC Milan after recovering from a minor injury he sustained in the international break with the Italian national team. Maurizio Sarri confirmed before the game that the striker was fully fit and ready to play.

As reported by Football-Italia, the striker made a hard kick in the warm-up session and hit the stomach of a child on the seat. The boy then burst into tears, making the 31-year-old player feel bad and then threw his jersey at the boy's family. The good news is that the boy is doing well now and he has the jersey the striker gave him.

Immobile has scored four goals in Serie A this season, but he failed to score for Italy in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Bulgaria and Switzerland. He also came home early due to an injury in the last match when the Azzurri beat Lithuania 5-0.

And this time unfortunately he couldn't help Lazio from defeat to hosts AC Milan at the San Siro, the Italian capital club had to admit the hosts' advantage with the score 2-0 through goals scored by Rafael Leao and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
