[Serie A] Lazio - Bologna = 3 - 0

Lazio secured the full points when they hosted Bologna in the Serie A continuation which was held on Saturday, 12 February. Biancoceleste won big with a score of 3-0.


Lazio had taken the lead when the game was running 13 minutes through Ciro Immobile's penalty.  The penalty was awarded after Adama Soumaoro violated Mattia Zaccagni in the penalty area.


Being left behind makes Bologna play more openly.  Riccardo Orsolini got several opportunities, but his efforts were blocked in the hands of Thomas Strakosha.


Both teams continued to try to add goals throughout the remaining time of the first half.  But until halftime, no additional goals were created.


Entering the second half, Lazio is increasingly aggressive pressing Bologna.  As a result, Maurizio Sarri's men were able to add a goal in the 53rd minute after Zaccagni met Luis Alberto's pass.


Zaccagni added his goal in the 63rd minute.  Getting across from Manuel Lazzari, Zaccagni was able to outwit Lukasz Skorupski.


Until the final whistle, Lazio was able to maintain victory even though it has not moved from the sixth position with 42 points from 25 matches.  Meanwhile, Bologna is in 13th place with 28 points from 24 matches.
