[Serie A] Milan - Lazio = 2 - 0


AC Milan got full points when they played Lazio in the Italian League. The Rossoneri won 2-0 on the 34th Serie A Giornata, which took place on Saturday (6/5/2023) at the San Siro Stadium.


AC Milan first opened the score in the 17th minute. It was Ismael Bennacer who scored a goal against Lazio. Bennacer received Olivier Giroud's cross and shot with a half-volley which Lazio goalkeeper Ivan Provedel failed to contain. AC Milan currently has a 1-0 lead.


The home team increased their lead by two goals in the 29th minute. This time, it was Theo Hernandez's turn to shake the opponent's net. Hernandez dribbled the ball from his defense area, before firing a shot from outside the Lazio penalty box that slid into the goal. AC Milan had a 2-0 lead until halftime.


AC Milan did not relax their attacks in the second half. At the same time, Lazio attempted to score to reduce the difference. But no additional objectives are added until the long whistle sounds. The match was over for AC Milan's 2-0 victory.


With 61 points, AC Milan moved up to fourth place in the Italian League rankings. Lazio is now third in the table with 64 points.
