[Official] Reggiana Appoints Nesta To Be Their Head Coach For The Upcoming Season

Former Lazio and Milan defender will start for recently promoted Reggiana in the Serie B competition.

The news was floating around, and now it's official. Reggiana, who has just been promoted to Serie B, has a new coach in Alessandro Nesta. As a result, the former world champion will become Aimo Diana's replacement on the Granata bench.

"The former player of the Lazio and Milan teams has agreed to a one-year contract until 30 June 2024, with a second year of contract extension possible if they reach salvation.  Roman born in 1976, this is Nesta's third experience as a coach in Serie B after those with Perugia and Frosinone, which culminated in the playoff final for Serie A."
