Felipe Anderson Has Yet To Sign A New Contract With Lazio, Juventus Has Approached Him

There are concerns within Lazio that their dependable winger, Felipe Anderson, is attracting interest from Juventus and could potentially join them without any transfer fee after the season. The status of negotiations regarding his contract renewal remains uncertain, adding to the apprehension.

The progress in negotiations for a new contract between Lazio and Felipe Anderson has recently decelerated, after initially displaying promising signs over the past two weeks. The club based in the capital is apprehensive that Juventus may be the cause of this setback.

Il Messaggero has reported that the negotiations for Anderson's new contract have been put on hold by the Biancoceleste as they focus on addressing the issues on the field.

Last month, the Brazilian winger's display was far from impressive and did not assist whatsoever. The Aquile speculates that the Bianconeri might attempt to acquire his services through a free transfer in the upcoming summer.

Felipe Anderson had a strong season last year, reaching double digits for goal contribution. But he has only scored one goal this season. However, Maurizio Sarri's club still requires his assistance to participate in three competitions during the 2023/24 season.
