Lazio And Salernitana Expected To Finalize Tchaouna Transfer Next Month

Lazio have reportedly advanced in negotiations to sign Salernitana star Loum Tchaouna, aiming to finalize the deal next month. Igor Tudor's team is planning to bolster their squad depth for the upcoming summer.

Lazio are said to be in deep discussions with Salernitana about acquiring Loum Tchaouna and hopes to close the deal soon. The Aquile are preparing for the potential departures of key players Felipe Anderson and Luis Alberto this summer, and are likely to let Pedro go as well. Consequently, Claudio Lotito and Angelo Fabiani are seeking new players to strengthen Tudor's attacking lineup.

Intense communication between Lazio and Salernitana has been ongoing for several weeks regarding Tchaouna and Boulaye Dia. However, negotiations for Dia have stalled as he is unwilling to be Lazio's third-choice striker.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Lazio and Salernitana are nearing an agreement for Tchaouna, with the deal estimated at around 10 million euros and including a 40% future resale clause from his previous transfer from Stade Rennais, slightly raising his value.

Despite the costs, Lazio remains confident in Tchaouna's talent and suitability for Tudor's squad in the Italian capital. The Croatian coach is keen on bringing in players who can quickly adapt to his system.
