Day 2 At Marienfeld

Morning training for the First Team of the Capital at the fields of the Hotel Klosterpforte in Marienfeld.

The team, divided into 2 departments, initially carried out physical work on the field focused on strength and speed.  Subsequently, defenders and attacking players took turns in tactical work.

An additional training session is scheduled in the afternoon.

Afternoon training for the First Team of the Capital which, today, returned to the field at the Hotel Klosterpforte in Marienfeld starting at 5.45 pm.

After an initial technical warm-up, the team did some short athletic work before practicing ball possession.

Subsequently, the team concluded the session with a match on a reduced pitch and with tactical exercises.

Result: Orange - Blue = 2 - 2 (Immobile (2); Felipe Anderson, Correa)
