Lazio midfielder, Mattia Zaccagni said he was satisfied with his team's 3-1 win over Venezia in Serie A in the match that took place last Wednesday night.  He admits there is still much he can give to the Italian capital club after fully recovering from an injury that has kept him out for some time.

26-year-old Italian midfielder Mattia Zaccagni is satisfied with the three perfect points the Biancoceleste brought home from Venezia on Wednesday night, he then analyzes his team's performance against Paolo Zanetti's side.

"We played as a real team, took every opportunity we got, at the end we were compact and we took advantage of the counter-attack," he said via Lazio Style Radio.

"In the first half they defended well, but we could still find some space with Pedro, in the second half we got more space."

Zaccagni then commented on his momentum after finally being one hundred percent fit and able to contribute to the Biancoceleste.  He also discussed the mentality of Maurizio Sarri's team in the match against Venezia.

"I am very happy after recovering, I feel I can give Lazio a lot, I feel healthy and I am very happy about that."

"It's not easy to play here in Venice mainly because of environmental concerns.  But we played with the right mentality.  We are growing and we have to start again this way in January."

The 26-year-old midfielder, who joined the Biancoceleste on the last day of last summer's transfer window on loan with a conditional buyout clause in his contract, has made 16 appearances in all competitions so far.  in that period he has scored two goals and contributed three assists and adapted well to Maurizio Sarri's 4-3-3 formation.
